• 20% + 4% DLD: Down payment
• 11% (1% per month): During construction 1st to 11th month
• 11%: On 12th month
• 5% (1% per month): During construction 13th to 17th month
• 6%: On 18th month
• 5% (1% per month): During construction 19th to 23th month
• 6%: On 24th month
• 12% (1% per month): During construction 25th to 36th month
• 24% (0.5% per month): For 48 months post handover
